Über den Ort

Hello,
We're 5 students living in a little house in the east of Enschede, and we're looking for a new roommate!
The house is in a really convenient location: close to the city centre, around 20 minutes by bike to the University of Twente, 10 minutes to Saxion, and also very close to the train station. The room faces the street but it's a relatively quiet section with few cars (there is the train but you get used to it pretty quickly).

We're an easy-going household. Everyone mostly has their own life and enjoys having their own space, so we're not the kind of house that does everything together. At the same time, we're always happy to have a chat when we run into each other in the hallway or kitchen, catch up about our day, or just hang out for a bit. So if you like having your own space but also enjoy a friendly and relaxed atmosphere at home, you'll probably fit in well :)
We also have a very cute neighbourhood cat who visits us regularly and has basically become an unofficial member of the house.
We're looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and comfortable with this balance between living independently and having some nice social interaction at home.

One thing I should tell you up front: It's not possible to register this room as an official address with the municipality.
If this sounds like a place you'd enjoy living in, send us a message and tell us a little bit about yourself!
