As I live here myself, it is only for a really clean, accurate, non-alcohol drinking, non-smoking, quiet, reliable (do what you say) person. 
If you are only this kind of person that answers to all my requirements in the add, reply. By bike or direct bus it's 12 minutes to Artez and Saxion, or 21 to UT.
It is furnised and at 490 incl., 16 m2 with extra free wifi and a garden.
