About the room:
The room is about 12 m2. The rental price is 700 Euros, incl. G/W/E + internet. The rental period is five months, starting on September 1st.   

About the house: 
The house is located in Enschede in the beautiful Getfert District (Baurichterstraat), very close to the city center, about 1.1 km from Saxion and 4.7 km from U. Twente.  Supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping are all very close and easily accessible.
The house has a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms,  and a beautiful garden. The kitchen, shower, and toilet are shared with two (adult) people. You will have to commit to a weekly cleaning schedule.

About the application:
The place is only for quiet and mature individuals linked to the University, including Exchange students (Erasmus) doing a Master's or PhD program abroad, and visiting researchers.
