Über den Ort

Unfortunately, our lovely housemate will be leaving us from the 1st of November. That is why we are searching for a new housemate (27-35, female, working) who will stay for at least a year. 

We are Kathi and Majda, two girls aged 28 and 30 (German and Moroccan), both working. We like to cook and eat together occasionally. In the evenings, we regularly watch a series, or discuss the day with a cup of tea. In the weekend, we like to go the beach, do yoga or try out cute little cafés. Kathi likes dancing, photography, gardening and is currently learning Dutch. Majda enjoys baking cakes from time to time, playing padel, going to pilates and loves travelling. Together, we make sure that the house is clean and tidy.

We are looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate, who enjoys spending time together but also values personal space. We think it is important that we feel at home with each other.

The room is 14 m2, unfurnished (but taking over furniture can be discussed with the current tenant), and the rent is 800 € including utilities. The deposit is 1000 € and there will be a one-time cost of 125 € to change the contract. Registration is possible.

The apartment is located right in the centre of The Hague, within 2 minutes walking distance of the tram stop Brouwersgracht. We have a common (45 m2) living room and kitchen (with oven, microwave, and dishwasher) area with large windows, a balcony, a bathroom with bathtub & washing machine and an additional separate toilet.
