📍 Location: Between Oosterpark and the Amstel — a great area with parks, cafés, and excellent transport connections
💰 Rent: €1,100/month
💡 Utilities: around €100/month for electricity, water, and Wi-Fi

About the apartment & me

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me. I’m 29, from Italy, and work as a postdoctoral researcher at UvA, plus one other person, who is still to be decided. I like climbing, running, gym, going out in Amsterdam on weekends, cooking. 

I work mostly from the office since the university is only a 10-minute walk away. There are also two desks in the living room, so there’s plenty of space to work from home whenever you want.

I’d like the apartment to feel like a home rather than just a place where people rent separate rooms. I enjoy working together in the living room, having dinners, watching movies, and generally spending some time together, while of course respecting everyone’s privacy and personal space.

I also care a lot about keeping the apartment clean and tidy. Everything is quite new, and we’ve just renovated the parquet floor, so I’m looking for someone who will take good care of the place.

If you’re social and enjoy living with others, but also appreciate having a calm space where you can work and have your own routine, this could be a great fit.
