About the Apartment:
• Bright and spacious 2-bedroom apartment situated in a prime central location overlooking the canal.
• Features a shared living area, fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom (shower only).
- Apartment size - 63m

The Details:
• Rent: €1,400/month (excl. utilities) + 2 months deposit ( €2,560)
• Lease: Co-lease agreement + registration possible (official contract substitution through the housing agent)
• Requirements: Working professional, meeting the landlord's screening standards (3x salary slips, ID, motivation letter required).

About You:
• Female working professional (ideally 25–35)
• Tidy, respectful, financially stable, and looking for a place to truly call home
• Non-smoker, no pets. 

About Me:
I’m a 30-year-old South African finance professional working at a tech company in the city (office 3 days, WFH 2). Two years into Amsterdam life and loving it! In my downtime, I’m usually traveling, reading, watching sports, or out with friends.
