Hi!

I'm subletting my room while I'm away on a long vacation. The room is approximately 12 m² and is part of a spacious 100 m² apartment.

The room is available immediately. The end date is flexible (the latest end of January), depending on what works best for both of us.

You will be living with three great roommates. They are all Dutch but also speak English, so international tenants are very welcome. We all have different schedules, so the apartment rarely feels crowded.

We like to keep the apartment clean and tidy and clean regularly, but the atmosphere is relaxed, there's no strict cleaning schedule or pressure.

Big and functional kitchen
A spacious 100 m² living space
A balcony
One bathroom with a toilet, plus a separate second toilet
A quiet, green neighborhood with lots of parks nearby
Metro station just 2 minutes' walk away
Bus stop 4 minutes' walk away
Plenty of supermarkets, shops, and other amenities within walking distance
