We are offering two fully furnished rooms available right away in a modern and well-maintained apartment. The apartment is located in a safe and pleasant neighborhood with easy access to public transport, shops, and all daily amenities. Preference for 2 girls as the others are all girls too. 

* Room 1: 11 m² – €875 per month (incl. utilities & internet)
* Room 2: 10 m² – €825 per month (incl. utilities & internet)

Both rooms come fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair. The apartment has a bright shared living area, a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine), and a clean bathroom.

The household is currently shared by female tenants, so preference is given to two female tenants in order to maintain a balanced and comfortable atmosphere in the apartment.
