Renting out the second bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment, to be shared with the existing female flatmate.

Building is very new (~15 years old) and all furniture is ~5 years old.  Comes fully furnished.  Everything in the photos will stay.

Location:  Camperstraat (Between Oosterpark and Amstel River, 2 blocks south of outermost city canal)

Bedroom:  10 sq meters + Fully Furnished (160cm bed + 2 meter wardrobe/closet)

Apartment:  Top Floor, 80 sq meters + Fully Furnished (Couch + TV + Washer + Dryer + Fridge + Dishwasher + Microwave etc. etc.)

Building:  Brand new in 2012.  Large elevator, indoor bike parking, large grass courtyard, lobby etc.

Move-In Date:  Sep 1st (can potentially flex between Aug 20th and Sep 20th, if needed)

Length:  7 Month Fixed (ending March 30th, 2027)

Current Roommate:  30's Female.  Active, social and works in office so gone quite a bit.

Seeking:  Females age 25-40.  No males.  No couples.  Please do not message to ask, it will waste both of our time.  

Registration:  Is available

Price:  1,375 EUR rent (excluding Utilities)

Utilities:  110 (G/W/E + WiFi)

Deposit:  1 month rent (1,375 EUR)

We will be evaluating candidates from Tuesday, August 4 - Friday, August 10 and hosting an open house on Saturday, August 8th and Sunday, August 9th in the afternoons for qualified candidates with the intent to make a decision by August 15th.

Additional viewings can be scheduled if open house attendance is not possible.
