​Short and sweet: A spacious room in our shared apartment in Amstelveen is becoming available starting tomorrow (01.06.). Perfect for a single person or a couple.
​We are Europeans, both working full-time (so we are out during the day during the week). We don't want a long "bla-bla-bla" text, we are simply looking for relaxed, easy-going people who are clean and know how to behave in a shared flat.
​The Essentials:
​The Room: approx. 15–20 sqm, bright, and fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk – just move in and you're good).
​The Apartment: A kitchen and a cozily furnished living area are available for everyone to use. Wi-Fi is available and super fast.
​Balcony: There is a balcony – smoking and smoking weed on the balcony is absolutely no problem.
​The Location: Amstelveen. Good connection to Amsterdam / VU via tram/bus. Albert Heijn and other shops are right around the corner.
​Flat Life: Not a strict "mind your own business only" flat, but everything is very chilled out. Chatting or having a drink together is cool, but everyone respects each other's privacy and quiet time. A functioning cleaning schedule is mandatory.
​Costs:
​Rent (Single): 1200 € warm (incl. G/W/L + Wi-Fi)
​Rent (Couple): 1500 € warm (incl. G/W/L + Wi-Fi)
​Deposit: 1000 €
