The Visstraat SHORTSTAY apartments are centrally located, only a 5 minute walk from 's-Hertogenbosch central station. These one-bedroom apartments provide the comfort and convenience of living in a home away from home.

Ideal for one or two occupants, these apartments feature a beautiful open kitchen and dining area, comfortable living and working space, and a double bed to relax at the end of a long day. The apartments can be rented ONLY to  expats which do not live in the Netherlands for a maximum of 6 months.totall rent a month is € 1535 all inclusive: utilities, Wifi, bills etc.

The apartment is equipped with flooring, curtains and new furniture. There is an fully equipped ed kitchen with fridge and freezer, diswasher, microwave and induction cooking. Dining area and sitting area. All furniture are brand new.

There is also a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a walkin shower and washbasin and toilet. Downstaits of the apartment is the lager bedroom with a double bed and  wardrobe. The bathroom and washer and dryer.

There is also a shared small patio garden. 

At the ground floor you can safely store your bike in our bike shed and store things in your private storage room.
