Maximum occupancy

The apartment has two bedrooms and is suitable for a maximum of two residents.

Only students are eligible to rent this apartment.

Subletting or allowing additional occupants is strictly prohibited.

Please note that the landlord can only accept applicants who are currently not registered at an address in the Municipality of Amsterdam. Unfortunately, applicants who are already registered in Amsterdam are not eligible for this accommodation.

Utilities (gas, electricity and water) are not included.  The apartment has energy label B and is therefore very well insulated.

SHORT-STAY PACKAGE


This apartment comes with a mandatory short-stay package of  €295,- per person (organized by the property manager) which can be taken with you after the contract has expired: 



• Apartment package (shared by residents, so one package per apartment) includes: tableware (dinner and side plates, bowls, glasses, and mugs); complete cutlery set; cooking essentials (induction frying pans, wok, pan set, wooden spoons, spatulas, and knives); cutting boards and colander; bottle opener, corkscrew, and peeling knife; tea and kitchen towels; dishwashing supplies (dish soap, dish brush, dishwasher tablets, scrub pad); pot holders and coasters; bath mat, toilet paper, and toilet brush with holder; hand soap; and cleaning products (all-purpose cleaner, cleaning cloth) 



• Bed package (one package per person) includes: mattress cover, pillow, duvet, pillow, pillowcase, bed linen & towels. 



TENANT ASSISTANCE FEE



Tenant assistance fee of € 175,- includes:
