Welcome to a unique and characterful home in the heart of Amsterdam.

Ｗe are a married couple. I am a choreographer from Taiwan and my husband David Verbeek is a Dutch filmmaker. 

Owned by a filmmaker with a strong eye for visual aesthetics, the house has a distinctive atmosphere that you won’t find in a typical rental. The interior combines oriental influences, vintage furniture, and eclectic objects, creating a space that feels stylish, warm, cozy, and a little bit exotic.

At the centre of the house is a beautiful bar that serves as the social heart of the home, a natural place to have a drink, cook together, share a meal, or simply hang out and meet people. The house has been created as a place to live, but also as a space for connection and creativity.

Every room has its own character, with carefully chosen details, textures, and pieces giving the house a personal and artistic feel. It’s a home with a story, rather than a standard, impersonal rental.
