The apartment and neighborhood

A nicely situated, fully furnished, quiet 2 room-apartment with balcony and view right into green gardens. Lovely, safe and popular neighborhood in the south of Amsterdam (“Rivierenbuurt”).

This place offers you the best infrastructure with various shops, supermarkets, gyms, trendy cafes and restaurants at only 100m. The RAI, Zuidas, university, diverse parks, cinema and musea are all easily accessible on foot/bike with a 5-10 minute distance. There are also good public transport connections to the city centre and other parts of Amsterdam. 

Furnished apartment 
Entry, comfortable living area, luxury open kitchen (incl. dishwasher/oven/micro-wave/Nespresso), modern bathroom (with walk-in shower) and quiet sleeping room (single- or twin bed) with a study desk. 
A washing machine is in place. Also additional items such as bedlinen, towels, iron and vacuum cleaner are available. The apartment can easily be connected to WiFi.
If desired, you also have a separate storage room at your disposal on the 3rd floor. You can either choose to rent back this room and receive a reduction of the monthly rent.

Requirements: 
•	EUR 2.500,- per month, excluding gas, electric/heating, water, WiFi
•	Deposit of EUR 2.500,- 
•	Available from 1st of November 2026
•	Pets are not allowed / smoking inside is not allowed
•	Minimum rental period is 4 months. Ideal maximum rental period is app. 8 months based on a student contract, which means that you cannot already be registered in Amsterdam at the moment of the relocation. Precise rental period can be discussed.
•	Maximum 1 person / (working)student.  
•	Option for rent-back construction of the storage room: EUR 200,-
