Bright 33 m² studio on Gustav Mahlerlaan, next to Amsterdam Zuid & VU

I’m renting out my bright and modern studio on Gustav Mahlerlaan in the Zuidas while I’m abroad for six months.

The studio is 33 m² in total, of which approximately 23 m² is the living/sleeping area, excluding the entrance hall, bathroom and separate toilet. It has lots of natural light and a private balcony, making it a comfortable space to live and work from.

The studio is unfurnished, but it includes everything you need in terms of appliances: a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and induction hob.

The location is ideal. VU Amsterdam is only about a 4-minute walk away,  Amsterdam Zuid station is 3- minute walk giving you excellent connections to the rest of Amsterdam and beyond. The Zuidas itself has plenty of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms and other amenities within walking distance.

The studio is available from 1 November 2026 until 1 May 2027, with a small possibility of extending the rental period to one year.
