Over de woonruimte

Hey, I am subletting my 2 rooms in a student house. The initial rental agreement lasts from May to July with the option to extend the contract. 

The 2 rooms I am offering are a bedroom and an office room. The bedroom comes with a bed, a sink, a shelf and a closet. The office room is furnished with a desk, a desk chair and a desk lamp. 
Both rooms are quite bright and cozy and the view from the window is beautiful.

The common area is equipped with a couch, a dining table, a TV and a bar. It is a nice place to socialize and have a chat with your room mates.

The house is shared with 12 other students who are friendly, social and come from all over the world. We sometimes have BBQs together or go for hikes in the nature. 

The house is located a 7 min bike ride from the center and a 12 min bike ride from Zernike Campus. Grocery stores like Albert Hijn, Jumbo and Coop are all within a 5 min bike ride. 

The deposit is 2 months of rent.
