-5 mins to the shopping area with Jumbo, Hema, Lidl, Action, McDonald's, Amazing Oriental Asian supermarket, and more.

-9 mins to the Pathé Amsterdam Noord (cinema), shopping mall and parking;

-10 mins to the Amsterdam Noord station, where you can reach Amsterdam Centraal with metro M52 in 2 stops and in 4 minutes,

-and reach the Amsterdam Zuid with the same metro M52 in 7 stops and in 15 minutes.

Prefer taking the bus? A bus stop (line 36, 38, N91) is just in front of this studio building. Taking bus door-to-door from the studio to the Amsterdam Centraal only requires 10 minutes: 2 minutes for taking bus line 36 to Amsterdam Noord station, and 4 minutes for taking M52 to the Amsterdam Centraal, with 4 minutes for transferring time.

Prefer driving? Free parking and charging stations are available in front of the building. Driving within 5 minutes to get on A10.

[Neighborhood]

Quiet, nice, and well-organized neighbourhood, located in a private housing area, not in the social housing area.

[Room]

The space is 30 m2 for living and more than 5 m2 for the balcony, suitable for one or two people. Registration with this address is possible.

It is furnished with a ready-to-use bed, kitchen, table, TV, bathroom, shoe cabinet, and wardrobe. In the kitchen, an almost new electrical cooker, a new dishwasher, and an almost new microwave-oven combo are installed. All are (almost) new, you will be the first one to use the dishwasher. Also, there is a washing machine and an almost new refrigerator.

The Internet (Vodafoon Ziggo) has been set up by the owner. The tenant needs to pay the monthly fee for that. The tenant can also change the Internet package if needed.
