About the place

From July 2024, a room will become available in our neat and spacious house in Utrecht Lunetten.

I work and travel a lot, so I'm often away from home a lot, so you will usually share the house with the cat Mimby and housemate Luka. Luka is doing a master's degree at Utrecht University at the Uithof.

We are both quite active and sporty and also enjoy cooking extensively together from time to time.

The room is a spacious and bright room in the green and relaxed Lunetten district and also has large built-in wardrobes. For the time being, the room can be rented from the beginning of July, for a temporary period in consultation, for example a year, with the possibility of extension for an indefinite period.

The room can also be rented furnished (including curtains, bed, desk, etc.). including g/w/l (costs may be higher in case of excessive consumption/extremely changing rates) and WiFi and the deposit is two months' rent.

There is a bus stop around the corner, a shopping center within a 6-minute walk and a train station within a 7-minute walk. By bike you can reach the center in about 15 minutes and the Uithof in 15 minutes.
There are also good access roads for those with a car and there is free parking in the area.

You also share the open kitchen, the bathroom (with bath!), a spacious living room, the front garden (with winter sun!) and the backyard (with a back entrance) and a 2nd toilet. There is also a washing machine.

We are looking for an active housemate between the ages of 25 and 38, who has his or her own things to do but is also regularly home for a cup of coffee and sometimes cooking together. We are looking for a neat and responsible person who likes to keep things tidy.
