About the place

A large and quiet room is immediately available in a big, newly renovated lovely apartment in Noordereiland! 🏡

You'll be joining me, an international student, and replace the outcoming roommate for the remainder of the contract time of 1.5 years. (registration is possible!)

The room is 18.5m², found at the back of the house with an adjacent bathroom, and a storage/guest room.

The apartment has a large, furnished shared space, a roof terrace that would be perfect for the upcoming summer, underfloor heating for the winter, and more.

The place itself is 5 minutes away from the center (Blaak Station) by bike, and 3 minutes by walk to the nearest bus station, with an Aldi just around the corner.

Looking for a roommate that would like to share the space, with an open mind and a dynamic and creative spirit.

P.S: It is important that the new roommate would be able to finance the living costs for the next year and a half with no issues.
