About the place

Hi everyone! I am looking for a girl to sublease my room from mid-August until mid-December 2024. 

The apartment itself is located in Kralingen and has 3 bedrooms, so you will be living with 2 other girls.  
My room is 18m2 with a balcony - the rent price is €945 per month excluding water, gas, electricity, etc. The room will be fully furnished. You cannot register, unfortunately. 

The location is perfect, very close to the supermarkets.
- 10-minute walk to RSM ( or 2 minutes by bike)
- 10-minute bike ride to the city center
- 10 minute bike ride to Kralingse bos

I am looking for a girl who is very tidy and organized.
