About the place

hey hello hello hello,

from the 1st of june onwards, there will be a spot free over here! the house comes with two housemates (me and Pepi, my cat❤️❤️).

oh, but it definitely doesn't stop there. you will also get a quite spacious house with 2 floors, a garden with lots of renovation potential, a bedroom with a very cool shoe display (interactive), a shared sims-ish rainshower (?? luxury), a shared toilet, a shared laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board and litter box included), a shared living room with eye-catching windows with a kitchen straight out of the Ikea guide and also with a fireplace (out of order). oh and if you like to transform everything together into a cool house with better furnishings, then that is certainly included as well!!

I’m Anouk (26) and I like (making) art, making jokes, interesting and goofy people, (electronic) music (of all kinds, as long as it tickles my brain, if that makes sense), talking and thinking in brackets, fixing stuff and being amongst people who have interesting and creative ideas/concepts in their minds. I care about people and I will care about your bizz too. at the same time, I like to do my own things in my pace (and I like if you can do that too)!
oh, and I have a cat named Pepi. an absolute sweetheart (Pepi I love u) but has some commitment issues and a fear of abandonment. will test you. but, there’s also good news!! because if you show him real (really real, they can sense it if you’re lying u kno) unconditional love, he will show you some of that real unconditional love as well. 

I really don’t mind how you define yourself, as long as you’re cool (and/or we’re cool with eachother) and you’re also:
- interested
- cute
- funny
- organized enough to organize yourself
- financially stable enough
- you tidy (you scrub)
- willing to make this place a dope ass place together, furnish and decorate that stuff (because come on, this doesn’t look like a “home” home yet, does it??). oh, and I’d love to fix the (now) ugly ass garden. 
- not only willing but also able to make this place a dope ass place together
- you do your own stuff
- but you’re also open to become friends and do fun stuff together if we feel like it. 
- you preferably have some experience with cats and their funny behaviorisms. or, you’re just a very nice person that understands boundaries (could also work).
