About the place

Hi,

From early August, a room will become available near the centre of Enschede. Currently we are living here with two Dutch students, but one of us will be going on an exchange abroad for six months. Therefore, we are looking for a temporary housemate for this period, and we could discuss about a possible extension of the stay afterwards!

Important: In case you are older than 23, it is possible to apply for rental allowence (huurtoeslag), which lowers the monthly rent!

The room is around ten square meters and has a door with direct access to the garden. Furniture is available (a bed, two wardrobes, and a desk) which you can use for six months, but feel free to decorate the room to your liking. There is a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. Additionally, we have storage space and a private garden. Furthermore, there is a washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, and internet for shared use. Monthly extra costs include electricity, water, and internet.

The house is about a seven-minute bike ride from the city center and fifteen minutes from the UT campus. Within a five-minute walk, you'll find an Albert Heijn, Kruidvat, ALDI, Jumbo, and Action.
