About the place

Hello future female housemate!

We are looking for a subtenant for a six-month period (Sept-Feb), because Nienke (22) is going to Rotterdam for her graduation internship. The room is about 16 m² and will therefore be available temporarily. Nienke will also leave some furniture in the room by mutual agreement.

Our house is located in Enschede, with good connections to the city centre (walking distance), Saxion (5 min cycling) and the university (15 min cycling). We are a cosy group of housemates who enjoy cooking together, playing games and the occasional drink. You will live together with two nice guys Luc (21) and Michel (22) and another female housemate who we are currently looking for. The house has a spacious living room, a cosy kitchen, a neat bathroom and a roof terrace where we can barbecue in summer.

The rent for the room is €380 per month, including gas, water, electricity, excluding €15-20 for internet. The deposit is €50, which will be refunded after a neat handover.
