About the place

Hi! Because I'm going to do an internship in Copenhagen for a few months, I'm going to sublet my room from 19-05 to 15-07!
You will live with 3 female roommates, all master students, right in the center of Delft! We'd prefer someone who is also a master student. I have two rooms (rented out together to one person, they count as one room): a room of 5.5m2 and a room of 14m2 with a built-in wardrobe (see photos). The rooms are furnished (bed, sofa, desk, closet, TV, etc.), face south (so nice and light) and have a view of the Nieuwe Kerk! The rooms cost (together) €490 per month (including g/w/l/internet).

We are a social house and enjoy eating together, having a cup of tea or a beer when we are at home. We also have a cozy shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and a spacious roof terrace. We live a few minutes by bike from the station and 5-10 minutes from the TU. Are you the subtenant I am looking for? Send a message and a photo of yourself!
