About the place

It's a big and open place with a window in it. There is a staircase going to the attic, only no door above the stairs. We, however, never come up without permission. I think the attic is about 15 a 20m2. The washing machine and dryer are on the attic, but we will do the laundry as much as possible when nobody is there. 
The house itself is very new, about 4 years old with floor heating, solar panels, a rain shower and a nice back yard.

 I'm a woman and 31 years old. My two daughters are 4 years old and 2 years old and sleep mostly throughout the night.
We also have a deaf cat who stays inside and a small dog, he stays downstairs. The cat can climb up to the attic. 

 During the day, the kids and me are mostly downstairs using the living room and kitchen, we are busy till 19.30, then tenant can cook and I work for three days as a nurse practitioner.

We are searching for a nice student or someone with a job who is very honest, neat and organised as I have to admit to be a bit of a neat freak 😅. 

To keep the kids safe, we don't want people brought over to the house so someone who is more on themselves is a bit of a better match here.

The neighbourhood is quite neat and nice, there is a super market on a three minutes walk and a busstation in five minutes walk to Amsterdam and the VUmc. 

Registration is possible here and there is an official contract just to be safe! :)
