About the place

We have a beautiful new recreation apartment for rent on our beautiful farm. 

The apartment is furnished (excl. TV, textiles, blankets, pillows). The apartment can be rented for a limited period of time, max 2 years 

You have to arrange the internet yourself, this is only possible with a SIM card and a matching modem - we can help you with this. 

The apartment is completely gas-free, and there is also underfloor heating in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator with freezer, and coffee machine  There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. 

The 200 euro service costs are an advance on the utility costs. These costs will be settled with you after 1 year, at the end of the contract. We agree on the kWh rate in advance. 

 The apartment has a small outdoor area. As seen in the photo, the garden extends to where the fence stops. You also have your own parking space.
