About the place

Suitable only for couples or families (without pets) for short term stay (May 1 through May 24). 
You can rent for the whole period for EU 2000 (including utilities) or for EU 150 per night for even shorter stays. No registration possible.

About the house:
1. Location – Amsterdam Hoofdorpplein or Oud Zuid. 10-15 minutes walk to Vondelpark and Rembrandtpark. 2 minutes walk to the tram station and bus station which can take you directly to the Center in 20 minutes. Grocery store is 20 metres away. Hoofddorppleinbuurt is 2 minutes walking and the neighbourhood has plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars.
2.	Size: 110 sq.m (95 sqm m living space) – 3 rooms (2 bedrooms +1 study/ office) + 1 toilet + 1 bathroom. 2 floors with 1 bedroom on the bottom floor and 2 more rooms on the top floor + Attic for storage + 15 sq. metre terrace area for you to bask in the Sun (whenever it is out).
3. Apartment is fully furnished, has 2 beds, enough storage space for a full family, office desk and chair, microwave, oven, fridge, TV, dishwasher, dryer, washer, kettle, all utilities including wifi included in price.

Deposit of EU 1000 is needed when renting for the whole period and EU 500.
