This location is perfect for students who not only seek a comfortable room but also value social interaction and experiencing diverse cultures. Our apartment complex is conveniently located near HAN, Van Hall Larenstein, and ARTEZ. Plus, there's a bus stop right outside the door, providing easy access to the entire public transportation network. Convenience and accessibility are guaranteed!

Our rooms vary in size, ranging from 11m2 to 23m2, allowing you to choose the room that best suits your preferences. Prices start at €350 per month, including gas, water, electricity, internet, waste disposal, washing machine, dryer, and vacuum cleaner. In other words, all essential amenities are included, so you can focus on what truly matters: your studies and social life.

We operate on a temporary rental basis, which means there's a 3-month notice period from Alvast. From the residents' perspective, a 28-day notice period is required. This offers flexibility and peace of mind, without worrying about long-term commitments.

Our complex is divided into different sections. Upon entry, you'll find the cozy central hall, where the communal area is located. You can access the upper floors via the staircases on the left and right sides of the building. There's also a back exit leading to the shared garden, where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors.

On the first and second floors, the rooms are divided into north, middle, and south sections. Each section accommodates around 12 residents who share multiple showers, toilets, a kitchen, dryer, washing machine, and refrigerator. It goes without saying that maintaining these common areas together is essential, ensuring everyone can enjoy a clean and pleasant living environment.
