I am Carmen and if you think I could be a good match as your new roommate, I would love to come by to have a look and chat with you :) But first things first, here's a little bit about myself 👇 Who am I and what do I do? I am Carmen, 29, originally from Austria and currently, I work as Marketing Manager at a Sales company in Houthaven (and loving it!) Initially, I moved here to study, but, eventually, I fell in love with the Netherlands and decided to stay 🤍 Where do I live now and why am I moving? Currently, I live in an apartment in Nieuw-West with one roommate, however, my rental contract was only one year, so now is the time for me to look for a new place I can call home. When am I moving? I am looking for a room from June onward but I am flexible and can also move in sooner! Am I tidy? I am Austrian, I think being organized and tidy is in our DNA 😄 But seriously, I think when sharing your living space it's important to clean up after yourself and just be considerate of one another (and have open communication!) Who else am I bringing? No one! It's just me and my 3 plants (but they are barely hanging on for dear life… so we'll see if they make it) BUT I am always buying fresh flowers (see picture as a reference 🌸) What do I do when I am not working? Generally, I am a quite quiet and relaxed person. Since my job is very demanding, I am usually tired when I get home. However, I am always up for a chat :) Weekends I either spend with friends at a nice brunch spot, go to a museum, the gym, or a nice walk, or just relax with a nice book. Am I a party girl? On a good day, I barely make it to 11.00 pm before I hit the bed 😴 but then again, if you wanna have a glass of wine in the kitchen and talk about life...say less 🍷 Some other things you should know? I don't have any pets, I don't smoke and I would like to rent a room for at least 1 year, but preferably longer if that's possible. Geachte ontvanger, Kort over ons, Hevrest (23) is een master student aan de UvA en Saurab (23) een derdejaars student aan de Universiteit van Utrecht. Wij hebben al eerder met elkaar in een studentenhuis gewoond, maar willen nu we ouder zijn onze rust. Wij werken allebei 16 - 20 uur in de week, voornamelijk vrijdag, zaterdag en zondag. Voor de volledige huur kunnen wij garant staan totdat wij een derde huisgenoot hebben gevonden. De ouders van Saurab kunnen bovendien garant staan voor de huur en alle drie de inwoners. I do not smoke, I clean up after myself, I do not listen to loud music and I do everything I can to be a respectful and good roommate.

Vanaf 1 Juni loopt mijn huidige accommodatie af en heb ik dus een nieuwe woning nodig. Ik ben een net, rustig persoon en ben recent gestart met mijn eerste baan. Dit is een contract van 2 jaar met uitzicht op verlenging dat mij momenteel €2500 bruto in de maand oplevert (dit word iets hoger, er komt 1 extra dag bij). Verder rook ik niet, heb ik geen huisdieren en zou in mijn eentje verhuizen.

- Jongen van 21 jaar - Tweedejaars student Commerciële economie, loop momenteel stage bij Online marketing bureau Pienter in Assen. - Werk daarnaast bij Bella Italia Assen, in de bediening en achter de bar. +/- 3 dagen in de week - Als hobby's voetbal ik nog 4x in de week bij ACV, bij de o-23 1 in de 1e divisie. In het weekend naast de wedstrijd houd ik van drankjes doen in de stad, of leuke activiteiten doen met vrienden.

Vrolijke meid uit Soest zoekt per juli/augustus 2024 een nette kamer in een leuk en gezellig studentenhuis ivm opleiding Tourism Management op de Buas per september 2024.
