Hi! I am 18 years old, about to finish my high school exams. I will be starting my bachelor’s degree in molecular biology Life Sciences at Utrecht University this coming September. I am somewhat of a foody, so I love to cook (my specialty is omelets). I also love skiing, sports and hanging out with good friends. I am searching for a room in a shared apartment with other students in a good location within Utrecht, close by to public transportation and shops.

I am Carmen, 29, originally from Austria and currently, I work as Marketing Manager at a Sales company in Houthaven (and loving it!) Initially, I moved here to study, but, eventually, I fell in love with the Netherlands and decided to stay 🤍 Where do I live now and why am I moving? Currently, I live in an apartment in Nieuw-West with one roommate, however, my rental contract was only one year, so now is the time for me to look for a new place I can call home. When am I moving? I am looking for a room from June onward but I am flexible and can also move in sooner! Am I tidy? I am Austrian, I think being organized and tidy is in our DNA 😄 But seriously, I think when sharing your living space it's important to clean up after yourself and just be considerate of one another (and have open communication!) Who else am I bringing? No one! It's just me and my 3 plants (but they are barely hanging on for dear life… so we'll see if they make it) BUT I am always buying fresh flowers (see picture as a reference 🌸) What do I do when I am not working? Generally, I am a quite quiet and relaxed person. Since my job is very demanding, I am usually tired when I get home. However, I am always up for a chat :) Weekends I either spend with friends at a nice brunch spot, go to a museum, the gym, or a nice walk, or just relax with a nice book. Am I a party girl? On a good day, I barely make it to 11.00 pm before I hit the bed 😴 but then again, if you wanna have a glass of wine in the kitchen and talk about life...say less 🍷 Some other things you should know? I don't have any pets, I don't smoke and I would like to rent a room for at least 1 year, but preferably longer if that's possible. I am a very calm, respectful and educated person. Totally respect the space and privacy of others. The most important thing for me, when it comes to renting a room, are the people with whom I am going to share my stay and live with. I don't bring people home, it's not my style. I wake up early around 6am and go to bed early around 10pm. In my free time I like to go out to play sports at the gym or to a park to do cardio. The hours I will have to work during my stay will depend on the job and its schedules, I have several things in mind, but my choice will depend on the conditions and which job interests me most. I speak Spanish and Catalan perfectly, native level. I also speak French at a very high level. And I also speak English at a basic level. I have a Spanish driving license. In addition to working, I would like to take an English course to perfect it and I want to find out about the Yacht Captain and Offshore Yacht Master courses, which I am very interested in. I am aware that Holland has a great nautical activity like Barcelona, and I think it could be great to train there. I have lived alone in an apartment in the center of Barcelona since March 2021 until today. I can prove it with the contract in my name and the monthly payments. I have financial solvency.

Hallo, wij zijn Lotte(19) en Rebecca(21)! Wij zijn op zoek naar een appartement/woning in Nijmegen. Wij zijn rustige mensen, zonder huisdieren, geen rokers en studeren allebei aan de Radboud. Rebecca doet Biomedische Wetenschappen en Lotte doet Geneeskunde. Wij hopen een mooi appartement/mooie woning te kunnen vinden!

Ik werk in de zorg als arts-promovendus en heb jarenlang op een prachtige plek in Utrecht mogen wonen, maar zoek nu op korte termijn een nieuwe woningen (voor 1 persoon).

Ik ben Henk Jan, 26 jaar en heb nu tijdelijk al een woning in Amsterdam maar ben natuurlijk opzoek naar iets vast. Ik heb net mijn studententijd in Groningen erop zitten waar ik een erg mooie tijd heb gehad. Maar helaas is hier nu een einde aan gekomen en is het tijd voor het serieuzere leven. Ik ga daarom ook 1 mei beginnen met een internship bij BNP Paribas in Amsterdam.  Ik ben verder erg ondernemend, houd van een balletje slaan op de padel of tennisbaan op zijn tijd, en pak ook graag de nodige festivals/feestjes mee. Ik heb voor de rest al redelijk mijn eigen leven in Amsterdam maar ik sta altijd open om dingen met het huis te ondernemen of lekker samen te eten/chillen.
