Ik ben Tom, 2e jaars Maritieme Techniek, ik woon nu nog op Aan 't Verlaat, maar dat wordt helaas eind van dit jaar gesloopt. Ik ben actief bij de studievereniging van maritiem, en daarnaast ben ik ook 2e jaars Laga, waar ik nog graag borrel met mn ploeggenoten en me druk ben als coach van HerenTopC4. Naast het studentenleven houd ik erg van zeilen, fotografie & ski ik ook graag. Maar een van dingen waar ik in Delft toch het meest ben is m'n huis natuurlijk. Ik houd me graag bezig met huisavonden bedenken, en ik heb afgelopen jaar het huisweekend georganiseerd.

Hey, my name is Kerrin, I´m 24 and a soon to be Master´s student from Germany looking for a place to live in Leiden or close by that ideally comes with nice people to live with and will hopefully feel like a home for the next few years. I´m currently finishing my Bachelor´s of molecular medicine in Tübingen, Germany, and will specialize in Biology and Science Communication in the future. Being interested in communication also means that I put great emphasis on a well-functioning communication in a shared flat and with people in general. It is very important to me that everyone´s needs can be talked about and are respected (including e.g. clean common spaces, quiet times, consideration of stressfull times, etc.). I´ve lived in two different shared flats and a student residence so far and loved the feeling of community and activities like cooking together, trips, or board game nights. I´m not much of a party person but will always be happy to join you for a cup of coffee or a walk on the beach. My friends describe me as empathetic, determined, well-organized, and funny and in my free time I like to be creative, spend time outside or cooking, meeting friends over a coffee, or learn a new language. Besides English and German, I´ve had fun learning Swedish and am currently getting into Spanish and Dutch. It would be great to have flatmates who could see themselves contributing to my Dutch too. Pearks of living with me would include that I can take very good care of your plants while you´re away and that I have lots of great recipes from my time working at the bakery of my favorite café. I am 25 years old and currently completing a 2-year master in sustainable development at UU. I am German-American, and have lived in the Netherlands for some time now as I completed my bachelors in Groningen. Some of my interests include bouldering, running, swimming and boardgames (Catan). I particularly am interested in Arctic studies and also the environment. I am currently also doing a part-time job as assistant researcher and also an extra-curricular academic program alongside my masters so I am organised and hard working. I like to keep my spaces clean, not too loud and am very respectful to the needs of others whom with I'm living. I like to think of my home as the place I come to relax.

Dear future landlords, In the following description you’ll find a few essential details about myself, although there is much more to share but that I hope will be possible during an in person viewing. I am a 29 year old girl from Serbia, been living here since April 2022, although Amsterdam was my favorite city since I first moved here for two years before the pandemic. I work in the heart of Amsterdam at one of the leading hotels and will be starting my Dutch language courses in a few weeks time in order to finally be able to maintain a longer conversation in het Nederlands. Furthermore, I like hiding in my own little bubble, but once in a while I am definitely open to leave it behind for a night out at a drum and bass festival to enjoy my favorite music genre. Some of my hobbies include jogging, longboarding, cycling, slacklining, cleaning (mild ocd, just enough to always keep the apartment tidy), however, I love to read and nothing feels more cosy than doing so in the comfort of my own studio.
