During that period, I stayed in a studio at XIOR Student Housing, and my parents helped me pay a rent ranging from €725(2019) - €802(2023/2024) excluding G/W/E. I myself can provide sufficient invoices and evidence that the rent was always paid on time without any delays. Thus, you will have no problems with this matter since we are able to provide guarantors as well. Furthermore, we will also receive student finance once the new academic year starts (in September).
