Ik ben eerstejaars bachelorsstudent aardwetenschappen aan de Universiteit Utrecht. Nu woon ik nog in Arnhem en ik zou graag in Utrecht willen wonen. Ik ben een rustige, nette, serieuze en ook sociale jongen van 18 jaar. Met mij kun je goed afspraken maken, ik zorg goed voor mijn omgeving en heb veel zin om op mijzelf te wonen.

I am Carmen, 29, originally from Austria and currently, I work as Marketing Manager at a Sales company in Houthaven (and loving it!) Initially, I moved here to study, but, eventually, I fell in love with the Netherlands and decided to stay 🤍 Where do I live now and why am I moving? Currently, I live in an apartment in Nieuw-West with one roommate, however, my rental contract was only one year, so now is the time for me to look for a new place I can call home. When am I moving? I am looking for a room from June onward but I am flexible and can also move in sooner! Am I tidy? I am Austrian, I think being organized and tidy is in our DNA 😄 But seriously, I think when sharing your living space it's important to clean up after yourself and just be considerate of one another (and have open communication!) Who else am I bringing? No one! It's just me and my 3 plants (but they are barely hanging on for dear life… so we'll see if they make it) BUT I am always buying fresh flowers (see picture as a reference 🌸) What do I do when I am not working? Generally, I am a quite quiet and relaxed person. Since my job is very demanding, I am usually tired when I get home. However, I am always up for a chat :) Weekends I either spend with friends at a nice brunch spot, go to a museum, the gym, or a nice walk, or just relax with a nice book. Am I a party girl? On a good day, I barely make it to 11.00 pm before I hit the bed 😴 but then again, if you wanna have a glass of wine in the kitchen and talk about life...say less 🍷 Some other things you should know? I don't have any pets, I don't smoke and I would like to rent a room for at least 1 year, but preferably longer if that's possible. Ondanks het feit dat mijn auto recentelijk het loodje heeft gelegd, vind ik het eigenlijk voordeliger om in Leeuwarden te wonen dan om een nieuwe auto te kopen. Ik ben een betrouwbare huurder, netjes en verantwoordelijk. Ik geniet ervan om mijn ruimte opgeruimd en gezellig te houden. zoek gewoon een plekje om tot rust te komen!
