Hello! My name is Queena and I am looking for a new home in Amsterdam since my currently landlord is selling. I'm originally from the UK and have been in Amsterdam for almost 3 years. I will need registration. i'm an HR Business Partner and will be working near Amstel Station. In the evenings i'm often doing some sort of activity, perhaps running or yoga! I also travel sometimes for work and personal.

Hoi! Ik ben Marianne en ik ben op zoek naar een fijne thuisbasis. Ik werk als stoelmasseur en zit daarnaast in de (afrondende) fase van mijn opleiding tot zen shiatsu therapeut. Doordat ik voor mijn werk op een dag veel mensen zie (en behandel), kan ik een rustig (en schoon) huisje enorm waarderen. Daar lever ik als huisgenoot graag mijn bijdrage aan. Geachte heer/mevrouw, Mijn naam is Carlo , ik ben 32 jaar oud. Mijn nationaliteit is Nederlands. Ik ben vanuit Heemskerk naar Groningen verhuisd om samen te wonen met mijn huidige vriendin. Helaas gaat het op dit moment niet zo goed in onze relatie en we zijn het er allebei over eens dat we beter gescheiden van elkaar kunnen wonen en op die manier onze relatie voort te kunnen zetten. Voor mij dus de reden dat ik met enig spoed op zoek ben naar andere woonruimte. Ik ben werkzaam als lasser bij Vtl Leek in Leek en heb een goed inkomen. Ik wil graag in de buurt van mijn vriendin blijven wonen dus het liefst in Groningen zelf en eventueel is dichter naar mijn werk toe in Leek of in de omgeving daarvan is ook een optie. Omdat ik net sinds 1 januari 2024 ingeschreven sta in de gemeente Groningen is het voor mij heel erg lastig om andere woonruimte te vinden via woningnet omdat de wachttijden enorm lang zijn en de woningnood hoog. Ik ben in het bezit van een rijbewijs. Verder ben ik een rustige sociale hardwerkende man. Mijn vrije tijd besteed ik aan sporten en dingen ondernemen met vrienden en familie. Uitgaan is niet echt mijn ding ik ben liever gezellig een avondje thuis met of zonder gezelschap. Ik heb geen huisdieren , rook wel maar heb er geen moeite mee om dit buiten de deur te doen. Dat doen we nu ook in het huis waar we nog samen wonen. Ik heb mbt huurcontracten nog nooit geen problemen gehad, altijd keurig mijn huur betaald en me gehouden aan de regels. Ik zou heel graag een plekje voor mezelf willen waar ik de rust weer terug kan vinden en de relatie met mijn vriendin op kan pakken op een voor ons betere en fijnere manier. Ik heb een goed inkomen en kan zelf garant staan voor de betaling daarvan en mijn vaste lasten. Dit is in het verleden ook nooit een obstakel geweest. Ik hoop van u te horen, Mvg Carlo

Couple of facts about me: My name is Marta, currently 24y.o., I come from Warsaw, Poland. I am looking for an appartment/room/studio in Eindhoven starting from the 1st of April (also sooner if the moving situation allows me to) as I’ve got a job in one of the companies in the city. It is a full time job in marketing which would require going to the office everyday so my schedule and lifestyle will be very regular and dependent on the working hours. I have a long experience living and co-sharing living space with others as I was on student exchanges before and been studying and working abroad for over 2 years now. I did my Master’s in marketing here in Groningen (RUG) which I graduated in in October 2023. Quickly about my interests - I like nerdy stuff such as crosswords, sudoku, all types of board games and card games 😅 I play guitar a bit and sing but respectfully to my roommates. I’ve lived with 3 roommates in Groningen till now and none of them had any complaints about it. In the weekends I like to do some fun and active stuff like running, practicing yoga, swimming, playing tennis, but also just going out with friends to a karaoke bar, bowling venue, pub quiz, or just staying in and cooking together (in my portfolio I have already Mexican a la Dutch diner, Dutch diner and polish tasting 😄). I am a person that almost nothing can bother due to 'mind my own business attitude', I like keeping my room and shared space clean and in order, I do respect other’s private space and free time but I don’t mind bonding over a diner, a movie or a beer from time to time in the evening or weekends. I take care of my 5 plants which demonstrates that I’m a responsible and trustworthy person, believe me:))) oh and I don’t smoke. It would be great to have a chance to talk and introduce each other.
