I'm a 30 year old American/German living in Wageningen my with a MSc in Forest and Nature Conservation. I began working at a cafe (Bodega Bij Ons) in the center of Arnhem on 1st May and I am now looking to move to Arnhem to be closer to work and to learn Dutch as I hope to live here for many years to come. I am an outgoing and friendly person who loves sports, nature and being outside. I especially enjoy chill days near the Rijn, exploring nature and barbecuing with friends.

Ik studeer Pharmacy, zit nu in mijn eerste jaar. Ik speel volleybal bij veracles, een weekteam. Ik woon nu nog thuis, maar ben op zoek naar wat zelfstandigheid, een plekje van mijzelf. Ik zou zeggen dat ik een lief en behulpzaam persoon ben. Ik vind het leuk om samen te zijn met andere, wat drinken, spelletjes spelen, maar waardeer ook erg tijd alleen. Ik heb een dwergpapagaaitje genaamd Taco.

Hey, my name is Kerrin, I´m 24 and a soon to be Master´s student from Germany looking for a place to live in Leiden or close by that ideally comes with nice people to live with and will hopefully feel like a home for the next few years. I´m currently finishing my Bachelor´s of molecular medicine in Tübingen, Germany, and will specialize in Biology and Science Communication in the future. Being interested in communication also means that I put great emphasis on a well-functioning communication in a shared flat and with people in general. It is very important to me that everyone´s needs can be talked about and are respected (including e.g. clean common spaces, quiet times, consideration of stressfull times, etc.). I´ve lived in two different shared flats and a student residence so far and loved the feeling of community and activities like cooking together, trips, or board game nights. I´m not much of a party person but will always be happy to join you for a cup of coffee or a walk on the beach. My friends describe me as empathetic, determined, well-organized, and funny and in my free time I like to be creative, spend time outside or cooking, meeting friends over a coffee, or learn a new language. Besides English and German, I´ve had fun learning Swedish and am currently getting into Spanish and Dutch. It would be great to have flatmates who could see themselves contributing to my Dutch too. Pearks of living with me would include that I can take very good care of your plants while you´re away and that I have lots of great recipes from my time working at the bakery of my favorite café. I'm French, I'm 22 and I'm an engineering student. I've found an internship in Amsterdam at Random Studio to do design engineering for the next semester (i.e. from 1 March to 16 August). I'm passionate about music (rap, house, techno mainly), fashion (Japanese fashion and streetwear in general) and I'm starting to get really interested in cinema. I've already lived in a flat-share with 5 other students from my school in Paris and it went really well. I'm easy-going and tidy. As far as my day-to-day life is concerned, I'd like to work during the week and do lots of sightseeing and activities at the weekends. I'm very curious to discover Amsterdam.
