Hey I am Soham and I am currently pursuing my Masters in Artificial Intelligence from University of Amsterdam. My current housing contract will end soon, so I am in search for an accommodation. Brief Intro about myself: Prior to this, I have been working in the Software and Information Technology domain for a couple of years, where I have stayed with fellow roommates in an apartment. I am a neat and organised individual. I would keep the rooms clean and tidy. I am highly social and like to hang out with friends or travel with them. Cooking is a part of my hobby and I like to experiment with different cuisines. I also lead an active lifestyle where I exercise frequently and play soccer/badminton/tennis. I also like to swim or watch movies/Netflix/soccer on the weekends.

We are a young couple looking for an apartment in Rotterdam from July 2024. I will be doing my Masters Degree in International and European Law and my partner Viktoria will be working as a professional dancer, teaching and on stage. We love to cook, go on long walks and explore new places. Here are some of the characteristics we are looking for in an apartment: - min. 50 squaremeters - max. 1300€ per month - 2 bedrooms if possible - it’s okay if it’s not quite close to the city center! I am a high school student in Greece, but soon enough I will be a student at the university of Twente, in the Advanced Technology bachelor. I am a big fan of chess and I enjoy skateboarding a lot. I also play the guitar, the piano and the accordion. Music is really important to me in general and I listen to it all the time (no worries, I use headphones!). Mostly rock, classical, some relaxing pop, but also many other styles. I also like reading books, especially science fiction. I am always eager to learn new things, but I also very much enjoy teaching others stuff that I know, such as chess, or maybe just share a fun fact that I have learned. Hi, nice that you read this, I'm Rick, 17 years old (almost 18, just under 3 weeks). I'm now at school in Hilversum and I'm going to take my gymnasium school exams in a month. I live in Soest, which is between Hilversum and Amersfoort. I would like to study law at the Rug, and as a master I think private law or criminal law, but that will take some time. I don't think I want to know which one for a student association, suggestions are always welcome. I play water polo and do fitness, I like swimming, cooking (my lasagna is really great, if I say so myself), playing pool, traveling, exercising and going out. In Groningen I think it would be fun to participate in a water polo/rugby/rowing team, in addition to continuing to exercise. I currently work as a lifeguard at Bosbad Amersfoort and I also work at the karwei. I'm also a calm guy, but I certainly like to party. Greetings Rick
