Hello! I'm Meril, a 20-year-old student from Cyprus. If you're not familiar, Cyprus is a charming island known for its delicious food and friendly, sociable people. While I adore my homeland, I felt the urge to embark on a journey of self-discovery in another country. This decision has significantly contributed to my personal growth, enriching my experiences and nurturing my independence. Currently, I've been residing in the Netherlands for nearly two years, and I must say, I'm thoroughly enjoying it. I call Den Haag my home now, where I'm pursuing a degree in finance and control at The Hague University of Applied Sciences (THUAS). I'm on the lookout for accommodation in the Hague, preferably around the city center. Describing myself, I'd say I'm easy-going, friendly, and responsible. I take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy living space, and in my current accommodation, my housemates and I adhere to a regular cleaning schedule to keep things in order. Outside of academics, I engage in various activities with my housemates, such as glass painting and sewing. Although I currently don't have any pets, I'm fond of them and wouldn't mind sharing a living space with furry friends. I'm a non-smoker who enjoys spending my leisure time outdoors, particularly taking strolls in Haagse Bos and Malieveld. There's something serene about reading a book under the trees in those areas. Additionally, I'm an active member of Haagse Lawn Tennisclub Leimonias, where I regularly indulge in tennis.

Hello everybody, I’m Alex (24) and will be attending TU Delft for my Masters starting this summer. During my Bachelors in Germany I already lived in Den Haag for half a year because of an internship, hence I'm already kinda familiar with the region and its housing crisis... that's why I'm also looking for housing in Den Haag and Rotterdam, not only Delft. So far, I’ve not only shared an apartment to save money but to also do activities with my flatmates. From just talking in the evenings, playing board games to going out together etc. and I would like to continue doing so. But of course, everybody needs his/her privacy as well, especially after long days at uni. I’d describe myself as a clean and tidy person and I'd like my roommates to contribute to a clean flat as well.
