Hello! I was born in the United States (shoutout to Dallas, Texas) and then subsequently lived in Australia for four years before moving back to Germany where my family is from. I graduated and went on a gap year to a lot of different countries (my favorite countries were Chile and Vietnam) and afterwards started my studies in the Netherlands. I just graduated from a bachelors of International Relations at the University of Groningen and now am planning on studying sustainable development at the University of Utrecht. I love swimming, bouldering and of-course and try to be environmentally conscious!

Hey, I'm Jana, 20 years old, from Frankfurt Germany. I will start my international bachelor's degree in psychology in Leiden in September. So I'm looking for a room in Leiden/near Leiden from June/July/August on. About me: I graduated from high school last summer and decided to travel Europe. There I worked in different hostels and always shared a dorm with the other lovely volunteers. The 4 months have taught me a lot about being independent and tidying up my stuff and keeping things clean. But it helped me even more to learn to share a room with so many other people from other cultures and to live together and set boundaries as well as to accept those of others. Apart from traveling, I love going out with friends for a few drinks, dancing to house music and wine evenings on the balcony. On the other hand, I also love having really quiet evenings where we just sit together relax, chat, maybe cook and watch a movie. In my free time I go to the gym regularly. And just recently I've gotten to do yoga and Pilates a little more, which I also really enjoy. I am also a very creative person who likes to do crafts, paint or make pottery. And I also enjoy doing it with friends! About the room I would imagine a room around 15 m2 in size. But more important about the roomies. 1-3 roommates would be ideal - but I would have absolutely no problem with a larger number of roommates. Of course it would be great if the roommates were about the same age as me. Of course, I think it would be ideal if at some point as roommates you share hobbies and do things together((:
