Ik ben in september begonnen aan de studie Werktuigbouwkunde aan de Haagse Hogeschool in Delft. Ik ben sportief; hockey, windsurf, golf, tennis, ballet, ski, turnen, tafeltennis en ik speel ook graag piano. Na de OWEE ben ik lid geworden van de studentenvereniging Plankenkoorts. Daarnaast kook ik graag en hou van spelletjes. Ik zoek een huis met veel gezellige mensen. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik ook regelmatig Marshall op het circuit van Zandvoort. Dit jaar mag ik ook meewerken tijdens de Formule 1:), een grote hobby van mij.

Vanaf half november ga ik 10 weken stage lopen op de psychiatrie in het AMC. Op dit moment woon ik nog in Swifterbant, Flevoland en hierom ben ik opzoek naar een kamer/studio voor ten minste de duur van mijn stage, maar het liefst natuurlijk voor een langere tijd!

I will start the BA of International Studies at Leiden University, at The Hague campus in September. I'm a polite, quiet and independent girl since I already lived abroad by myself last year in Vancouver - Canada for an exchange year. I'm looking for a no-smoking house for at least a one year long period because I will hopefully stay in The Hague for at least three years. I need a regular contract for the registration at the municipality, and I need the room from August 2024, but if I find the right solution I can anticipate the starting date of the contract.

I'm Yaren, I moved to the Netherlands last year and have been working at the MPI for almost a year now, so I think it is safe to say that I have grown accustomed to the culture and the way of living here. I consider myself to be a clean, social and warm person (amidst all the rain!) :) I am a vegetarian who loves to cook (I make really mean dumplings!), bake and sing and a typical week for me is mostly working/studying but I also like going out for long walks and grabbing a couple drinks with friends. Even though I like going to parties every once in a while, I wouldn't say I'm a big party person.
