A little about me - I am fully employed at a Digital Marketing & Streaming company in Amsterdam, and will be moving in alone with no pets. I've lived in The Netherlands, currently in De Pijp, for some years now, and love living in Amsterdam so Im looking for something small and cozy that would allow me to stay here. I am clean and organised, and have had great relationships with my past landlords. I am consistent with all payments and have a great amount of tenant experience and can therefore handle any responsibilities that come with the role. I enjoy going to workouts in my area as well as going out for dinner with friends. I live a fairly routine lifestyle, that is undisruptive to my neighbours. I will be moving to Groningen to study Human Geography and Planning (starting 1.9.2024). Currently I live in Hannover, Germany and work as a software developer in a small company. I would like to live in a shared flat to get to know the culture and of course the language. It would be great if the flat was within biking distance from the university, but more importantly it should have a good atmosphere and nice flatmates. I have been living in shared flats for the last 8 years, so let's say I have some experience in living with people.

Hey, my name is Kerrin, I´m 24 and a soon to be Master´s student from Germany looking for a place to live in Leiden or close by that ideally comes with nice people to live with and will hopefully feel like a home for the next few years. I´m currently finishing my Bachelor´s of molecular medicine in Tübingen, Germany, and will specialize in Biology and Science Communication in the future. Being interested in communication also means that I put great emphasis on a well-functioning communication in a shared flat and with people in general. It is very important to me that everyone´s needs can be talked about and are respected (including e.g. clean common spaces, quiet times, consideration of stressfull times, etc.). I´ve lived in two different shared flats and a student residence so far and loved the feeling of community and activities like cooking together, trips, or board game nights. I´m not much of a party person but will always be happy to join you for a cup of coffee or a walk on the beach. My friends describe me as empathetic, determined, well-organized, and funny and in my free time I like to be creative, spend time outside or cooking, meeting friends over a coffee, or learn a new language. Besides English and German, I´ve had fun learning Swedish and am currently getting into Spanish and Dutch. It would be great to have flatmates who could see themselves contributing to my Dutch too. Pearks of living with me would include that I can take very good care of your plants while you´re away and that I have lots of great recipes from my time working at the bakery of my favorite café. I will start my studies at Maastricht University in September and I am looking for housing in Maastricht. I will arrive in June and knowing the housing situation in Maastricht, I am interested in renting a studio from May on to assure a good place to stay. My monthly income will consist of the Dutch student loan plus an allowance from my parents, and I will not have any problems paying the rent. Hallo! Ik ben Hanna, 24 jaar oud. Ik ben recentelijk gestopt met mijn HBO-opleiding in Nijmegen, en aankomend studiejaar ga ik starten met een opleiding ruimtelijke vormgeving in Arnhem. Nu ben ik ben opzoek naar een fijn plekje om te wonen! Ik wil graag een kamer vinden voor het schooljaar begint, zodat ik de tijd heb om de stad een beetje te leren kennen, een leuk bijbaantje te vinden, en rustig te kunnen settelen op de nieuwe plek. Ik vind het fijn om een gezellig en schoon thuis te hebben waar iedereen zichzelf kan zijn en rekening houdt met elkaar :) Ik hou van creatief bezig zijn, schilderen, tekenen, al die leuke dingen. -En dat ruim ik natuurlijk ook altijd weer netjes op :p Ik hoop een plekje te vinden met vriendelijke, positieve mensen!
