Attention international students. We hereby offer a fully furnished, upholstered and renovated studio for rent in Rotterdam Oude Westen.

The attached photo is for illustrative purposes and photos of the studio will follow.

The studio of no less than 32m2 has its own entrance, private bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. There is also a shared garden. The rental price is all inclusive and indicative. The amount will depend on the rental price points count.

The studio is available from January 3, 2025 for an indefinite period with a minimum of 12 months. 

Preference for the rental is an international student.
When responding, we would like to hear the following:
- your age
- where you study and what course you are following
- how long you wish to rent
- an indication of the gross monthly income of your guarantor(s)
