My apartment is situated:
* In a very quiet building.
* Near the fantastic Vondelpark (just on a five minute's walk) 
* Close to the City Center (just on a 20 minute's walk)
* On an approximately five minute's drive by car from the city ring (A10)

The available studio offers you:
* A fantastic overview over "het Legmeerplein" (Amsterdam Oud-Zuid).
* An independent entrance (you do not have to enter my apartment to enter your room) 
* Your own sink.
* A desk with a comfortable chair.
* A washer/ dryer combo.
* A magnetron and water boiler.
* A connection for Wifi.
* Its own towels (3). 
* It’s own bed linen, cushion and videt.
* It’s own fridge.

You will have your own kitchen cupboard & gear (dishes, glasses, etc.)!

You will be sharing:
* The shower with a toilet. 
* A balcony facing the south.

The apartment (including your room) will be cleaned two times per month for 45 Euro's by a professional cleaning company during your stay!  It guarantees you a clean place to live in during your stay at the location!
