I’m expecting to be frequently out of the country in the coming year (50 to 75% of the time) and Ill be renting out one of my rooms in this period. The room is available for a maximum of one year, until the end of 2025 (hospita rental agreement) and comes with a bed, built in closet a table and chairs. In addition, you’ll have access to the living room, garden, bike storage, kitchen etc.

Looking for a quiet and tidy person who is mostly independent, but might be ok with sharing the occasional meal etc.. If you like gardening than that is considered a plus.  No smokers and no guests allowed.
