Over de woonruimte

Hi All! 

I’ll be moving out of my house in Utrecht and wanted to offer my room! It’s available from the 7th of December onwards. The contract is indefinite and registration is possible ✨

You’ll share the house with 3 girls in their 20s, two working and a student ❤️ we prefer an international girl around the same age range to keep the same house composition. 

The house has two bathrooms, a large living space and an open kitchen + a garden and its located a 10 minute walk Vaartsche Rijn Station. There’s a square nearby with supermarkets, bakeries, PRIMA and Kruidvat. 

There rooms share of the rent is €655,52 all inclusive + a deposit of €560.

The room is going to be unfurnished, except for the bed frame. So you have a chance to really make it your own space 🤞

Since the start date is soon, I would prefer someone ready to move in ASAP but if you can already pay the rent+deposit, you can always move in whenever you’re ready to.
