Over de woonruimte

Hello everyone! From December on, a lovely room becomes available in our house in Nijmegen. (It’s available till end July 2025 since the landlord is selling the house.).
(The landlord only allows women).
The room is about 13 square meters big. The room is €511 per month  including gas, electricity and WiFi. Some of the furniture has to be taken over and the price is to be discussed ( including bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and shelf). The deposit is the amount of one monthly rent and is paid when moving in. 

Our house is located in the south of Nijmegen near Goffertpark (Lazuursteenstraat) and it’s around 10-15 minutes away from the university and around 20-25 minutes from the city center (by bike). You are living together with three lovely girls from Bulgaria, Germany and Netherlands, and will share a house that includes a kitchen, living room and garden. Your room also has a little balcony pointing to the garden of the house. 

It’s a social household and we like to watch movies now and then and do something relaxed together (of course we also have our own day to day routines). However is a silent neighborhood and therefore is no party household and more of a quiet area.
