Room comes with the main furniture: bed, desk, chair, drawer and fridge;
-Bathroom and toilet are shared;
-Own kitchen;
-Wifi available;
-Shared washing machine and dryer;
-Registration possible;
-City center and train station is 10 min away by bike.
-Rent is 500 euro per month. Advance payment for supplies and utilities 75 euro per month.  Total is 575 euro per month. Final bills of supplies and utilities will be calculated once  a year. 
-1 month deposit.

The tenant is chosen based on the order of registration (first come, first served). 
The candidate is selected based on:
- income requirement (at least twice the monthly rent as gross monthly income excl. holiday pay). If the tenant has no income then a guarantor could guarantee depending on its income.
- if applicable, the rental history (tenant's statement)
