A room of approx. 16m2 in an apartment close to the UT and Saxion (8 and 9 mins by bike respectively). Apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building. 
The apartment is shared with one other male roommate. There is a large living room with a dining section, separate kitchen, bathroom and a toilet. In addition, there is a storage unit on the ground floor. The apartment is fully equipped.
There is some furniture that can be purchased from the previous tenant.

We are looking for a tidy and calm roommate.

The rent is 750 EUR including water/gas/electricity and the internet.
