A big room of approximately 18 sqm,  in a modern and well maintained spacious house (more than 140 sqm) with a big garden and storage area. The room and the house are fully furnished. You will find a new bed and mattress in the room along with a desk and a huge modern closet. 

The house is being rented legally and officially, hence you will be able to register yourself in the municipality of Amsterdam.
The rent includes weekly cleaning and gardening services, high speed Internet, gas, water, electricity, city taxes, electrical equipment (including washing machine) and furniture. One month leaving notification. 
You will share the house with 4 additional people. The kitchen, 2 toilets, bathroom, garden and the storage are being shared by all tenants. Car parking is free of charge.
The location is great. You will find supermarkets, shops, public transport, cinemas, restaurants, parks and lakes in the close vicinity. It is located merely 10 min biking from the AMC or the Arena boulevard. With the metro you can arrive in 15 min to the center of Amsterdam, e.g. to Waterlooplein. By bike it will take 20-30 min to many central locations. e.g. 25 min the Pijp
