LARGE, BRIGHT ROOM AVAILABLE IN WATERGRAAFSMEER FROM FEBRUARY 1ST 2021, LONG-TERM, REGISTRATION AVAILABLE, 687 euros per month, including g/w/e and internet. Preferably: 23+, someone with a full-time job, and long-term.

A room is becoming available in my apartment in Watergraafsmeer. The room is 16 square metres and is partially furnished (it contains a closet and dresser). The price of the room is approximately 687 euros per month, including all utilities and internet. A deposit of 1 month's rent is required. You will share the flat with 2 others: myself, a Canadian (27) and a Vietnamese girl (26), both working here in Amsterdam.
The apartment is located in a quiet, residential area in the east of Amsterdam (next to Park de Meer, close to Science Park). It contains a nice modern kitchen (with oven/microwave/stove/dishwasher) and a large living room. We also have a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a detached toilet. The apartment contains also a small storage room where you put some of your things if you need extra space (I use it for storing my suitcases), and we also have a laundry machine in this room. We also have a storage space in the basement where you can keep your bicycle. We also have a very large balcony that gets a lot of sun (at least when it is actually sunny outside!) There is also space for a car in the garage, if you have one.
I am looking for someone who is preferably working full-time who is friendly, clean and responsible, and preferably 23+. I would like to have a nice atmosphere in the apartment where we can occasionally do things together and eat meals together from time-to-time (Especially important in this pandemic when it's hard to get out and do stuff!)
