Renting out a small room in Hip living in Amsterdam in Oost, located in the beautiful neighborhood Indische Buurt-West. 
The neighborhood has a relatively large number of young residents between 25 and 44 years old. Furthermore, it is a relatively quiet area considering the population density.


The house is easily accessible with many amenities nearby. Situated within cycling distance of the centre of Amsterdam, walking distance from a supermarket and walking distance from a train station. In addition, the nearest exit road in the vicinity is only a 4-minute drive away.

Layout: the house consists of three rooms, two of which are bedrooms.  

*Important to Know* While, the toilet is separate and accessible in from the living room, the bathroom is only accessible from larger room in which i'm staying in. However i doubt this would be an issue as long as we have respect of privacy. 

 No smoking, no pets.
